Mario Mey
Director
Mario is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 15 years of experience in structural and façade engineering. He began his career in South Africa before founding MEB Consulting Engineers, and now leads national façade operations at TBES in Australia. With expertise across 150+ remedial projects, Mario specialises in complex façade systems, cladding remediation, and structural design. He plays a key role in Project Remediate and contributed to the NSW Pattern Book, showcasing his technical leadership. Mario is highly skilled in glass design, FEM analysis, NCC compliance, and construction-phase services, consistently delivering high-performance, codecompliant solutions.
Brad Obradovic
Director
Brad serves as the Business Development Manager, leveraging his vast network within the NSW building industry to drive growth and innovation. With almost two decades of experience, he has cultivated strong relationships that enable access to valuable resources and opportunities. His expertise in construction estimating and project management allows him to navigate the complexities of the industry effectively. Brad's commitment building connections and fostering collaboration ensures that projects are executed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
